SONIT is a compact portable phone charger and antimicrobial sterilizing case using UVc light for portable point of care ultrasound (POCUS) devices.  POCUS has become standard of care for emergency and critical care physicians to perform immediate clinician driven diagnostic assessments to provide timely medical management. The increase volume, pace of POCUS has raised concerns for effective aseptic techniques of the devices to prevent transmission of infection from patient to patient.
